I would not add the rice it makes it super thick and put less carrots. Otherwise it was awesome

We liked this but I will leave out rice next time. Made it too thick for my taste and didn't add to the flavor.

cooked this without the celery (just preference because no one in my family likes celery) and a pan of cornbread!!! LOVE IT!!!!
