I have made this a few times and it always turns out great.

it tasted great but I had trouble draining it . . . I figured out what I did wrong! next time I made it, it was perfect.

I add a little water to my pan then cook it. It keeps the bottom nice and juicy

I don't have brown sugar so can I use regular sugar
