@dawnann68s yes of course u can replace with any fat that u use as butter , the ghee i use is plant based , nice to hear u use stievia its the best option

@Miss_Saba453 yes but that will not be for diabetics, will turn regular chocolate can use kitchen sugar after grinding into fine powder so easily disolves
