Thank you for interested in my recipe. I didn't use any other water because the tofu contains enough water. It will hold form just using the tofu!

Since this recipe is a vegan bagel. I would like to have a chewy texture, but if you don't want to use tofu, you can use yogurt and baking powder or soda. The recipe will be slightly different.
Please check my “oatmeal raisin bread”. This recipe is using yogurt and baking soda.
It is quite chewy and tastes like a bagel. (it uses dairy products.)
