Was my first attempt on the 28/10/22 too cook the Shortcrust Pastry in the way I did - did open the oven twice too see if it was done . Did store the cooked Pastry in the Fridge before eventually eating some of it - bit by bit - did not taste much soft Shortcrust Pastry - was too much sugar on top , but that is not a problem , because it can easily be shaked off
