Do you have a link to buy pomegranate molasses online? Or ideas to sub instead? I’m in the US and have never heard of it but it sounds delicious!

The closest to pomegranate molasses is balsamic glaze. Lemon juice would be enough though (or lemon juice and a bit of honey!)
I personally like pomegranate molasses and I love to add it to my salads, and I have many other recipes using it :)
