The Frittata Omelette is easier too make - than the flipping over of a thin Omelette - I appreciate that I could have cut the cooked Mushrooms smaller and the cooked Bacon

Was meant to be a folded Omelette, the cooked filling should be only on One half of the Omelette and fold the empty side of the Omelette over
