Did eat the whole 4 egg Frittata Omelette and I came to the conclusion that all the ingredients of the Recipe should be divided into 4 portions - the Omelette is so rich and buttery and so filling too eat

Very nice. I often make a frittata for breakfast, brunch or lunch. Whatever meal you call it, it’s a tasty and filling eat but, as you say, rich.

The rash decision too add so much Butter was a good One - with 800g of raw mushrooms going into the Wok as well . Mushrooms did absorb a lot of moisture from the melted butter, the 30 minutes cooking time helping as well
