The homemade Pasta strands did expand when placed in the boiling hot water - due too my making of the Pasta with 6 hen egg yolks too 2 whole hen eggs along with the other ingredients. Could have used all whole hen eggs and it's possible too make homemade Pasta without eggs as well - Pasta from just flour and cold water, might need too add some Olive Oil in
