When you say corn flour, do you mean what we in America call corn starch?

Hi Maria, In Europe it's called Corn Flour and in the states Corn Starch :)

Thanks! We have something called corn flour but it is a finer grained cornmeal. Just wanted to make sure. I'm anxious to try many of your recipes.

When I was still living in the states I do remember that Corn Flour existed. If you can find Corn flour it would be better for this recipe.
