Flat Baking Tray's are better than Cupcake Baking Tray's for I baked raw sugary Meringue on the flat Baking Tray and I used the Cupcake Baking Tray for the rest of the raw Meringue - I baked both at the same time in the oven at Gas Mark 1 ( One ) for 8 hours and those baked slowly in the Cupcake Baking Tray had soft centred cooked Meringues , but those baked on the flat Baking Tray were hard small French Meringues
