Have not made many homemade Custard Ice-creams before, while the Ice-cream is freezing should break down ice crystals maybe every 2 hours. A Food Processor or Nutri Ninja Blender might turn solid homemade Ice-cream into a lovely smooth scoopable Ice-cream. Have too allow the homemade Ice-cream too defrost for maybe One hour before you can slice small bits off - before placing in the Food Processor

Am aware it's not good too defrost solid and liquid Food and Drinks and then freeze them again , so is possible too defrost the solid Ice-cream for about One hour and then churn with a Blender once until the Ice-cream turns into a liquid and then freeze it again and then eat the Ice-cream within a day
