Should have only put half of the tin of water and salt preserved Spinach in the big tin,but didn't have double the ingredients,I got diarrhoea from the Spinach I used - could have used Kale instead,I had a bag in the Fridge.

Have made the chunky Tomato based Soup only Twice as of February 2023 . I did not get the Recipe right the First time, because the Tin of Spinach didn't taste nice - it ruined the Dish of food . I used a bag of raw baby Spinach Leaves for the chunky soup the Second time around

Have made it close to the 6/9/24 did defrost a small Plastic Container with Lid 2 days ago in the Fridge . Made much without the Beans in and Green Beans - did make a homemade Vegetable Stock before preparing . Did put cooked Green Beans in - when about too eat the heated up chunky soup and did add a small tin Butter Beans
