There is an additional 1/4 cup of oil, the last ingredient, but I don’t see that used. Can you please explain? Thank you.

there is not enough liquid in th e filling to make it a true paste. Next time I make it i'm going to add 2-3 tbsp of milk so it can be properly spread.
