Hello, I have 2 questions. First, what is a stick of ginger - is it a piece of fresh ginger? Also, in step 5, it says “spread cream on the walnuts” but there is no cream in the ingredients list - please can you tell me what sort of cream, and how much? Thank you!

Oh I will update the recipe I mean stick of cinnamon not ginger so sorry. And also putting cream is an option but I forgot to write ingredients. I am updating it right now. Thank you so much
