I am the same also sock up on concentrated Mentsuyu canned red salmon mackerel sardines and my guilty pleasure smoked mussels 🤣

One thing I never buy is Mentsuyu. Store-bought Mentsuyu doesn't taste good to me and it contains additives. Do you know 'Katsuobushi' (Bonito Flakes)? You can easily make Mentsuyu with Katsuobushi, Soy Sauce and Mirin.
