Nice and easy to follow 😊 How did you make cauliflower rice? Looks really good! I thought it was coarse bulgur wheat first haha

You got me... while I did make it a few times and shared the recipe https://cookpad.wasmer.app/uk/recipes/16226645 I found the Waitrose frozen bags of cauliflower rice are really good and so easy.. so I use those now :D 3 minutes in the microwave then fry off in pan with tandoori masala powder!
