You a northerner ? Must be and I am thinking a liberal to...might be wrong but don't think so. It's better and real good if it is greasy and that's the really only real way to eat something. That's southern lesson #1

Ok i was right...definitely a northerner and definitely a liberal...you live in Washington State. Wow...I was right. Any way...greasy is the best way to sweat something and that's where the flavor is as well...but if your a tree huger and/or a "YAY LETS GO GREEN" kind of person then you wouldn't understand any of that. Well that's southern lesson #2
