This exquisite dish looks so delicious. However it is difficult to keep the pork belly to be tender after roasting. Once I tried to use Flodins pork belly to make the Siu Yuk Bao, I appeared the pork belly was so succulent! thanks! I've found that separating the skin, and slow cooking the rest is another approach
