It was nice, but mine didn't stir together well, so the texture didn't look as fine as yours. I wonder if my egg cooked a little when I put it into the mixture. I didn't think the sugar and oil were hot enough for that, but next time I'll either temper the egg or just wait a while until the mug is cooler. I might also sift my flour.The taste was great though, muscovado is a simple flavor that goes great in a mug cage. I did about 1:10 in a 900 watt microwave, but I might try less time next time.
