No it’s hard to make tahini at home it has a whole huge process ! I usually buy a box of tahini from the supermarket! :)

The tahini sauce is called Tarator sauce, and tahini is an ingredient in the recipe.

@nadz_ Oh! I didn't know that. I guess I'm gonna to have to drive all the way to my favorite medditerranean grocery store. They have some nice big Turkish bay leaves there too.

@nadz_ I'm sure that I will. I love sesame, my Greek Yiayia used to make pastelli and I LOVE pastelli. I'm going to learn how to make the tahini paste I think it would taste better
