Thank you, I was looking for a good recipe. I have a question about tahini. Do you use a paste that you make from scratch or do you buy it ? Is there any good brand if store bought?

never tried to make it from scratch. You’d need a very strong grinder to get the right consistency etc… Not sure where you are but I personally buy al Nakhil or El Yaman here in the UK. Both are Lebanese brands and they’re excellent. You can find them on Amazon or in Middle Eastern shops. I hope it goes well :))

No, tahini is a creamy sesame paste, we add it to chickpeas when we make Hummus
