@hirokoliston is the teriyaki sauce supposed to be salty? I always thought teriyaki sauce as more to sweet, so I was surprised to taste this recipe's sauce super salty 😂

'1 Sugar, 1 Mirin & 2 Soy Sauce' is the most basic ratio for the sauce for Teriyaki. I'm afraid your Soy Sauce is super salty. However, everyone has different preference. You need to add more Sugar to make the sauce sweeter. 😉
