@can you do anything after it becomes grainy? I keep stirring AND stirring AND it's helped somewhat.🤔😱😭

@bambi97 if it's hot, add butter, and stir. It's really how bad the cheese sauce broke. The best way is to just warm the milk till the cheese starts to melt. Having the cheese shredded at room temperature, before adding to the warm to hot milk.

@bambi97 Also you could use cornstarch mixed with milk instead of flour.
