I was so happy with this!! This hollandaise turned out so silky smooth and was SO easy! For the poached egg I did go ahead and do it in water just b/c the one time I tried in the microwave it exploded 😳 and I just can’t go there again lol. I absolutely loved this and topped mine with chives 🙂
