I don't have much experience at making homemade Gnocchi . Have seen video demonstrations on the Internet - maybe I should not have mixed the Gnocchi mix so vigorously with my Kenwood Food Mixer . Dense cooked Gnocchi is not the best homemade Gnocchi too eat

Gnocchi are Italian potato Dumplings . Could make Suet Dumplings instead
