Mmmm I love fried gizzard! Never made them like this. They are somewhat tough to chew but they are good! It's funny to watch my dog eat just one or two he loves gizzard too 😋

I love the crunchiness of gizzards but my husband doesn't. Then I try to make them reasonably soft, though they never get soft. How do you cook gizzards, Welderwoman?

@hirokoliston I just wash them, shake them up in some seasoned flour and fry for just a few minutes! That's it
