Flavor was good and texture was nice, but the flavor was very light. I would recommend using 7 cups of water and adding some mixed veggies. But overall it would be a good side dish.

Mam, looks good, taste good, but it did not come out fluffy, I followed recipe to a tee, yours looks fluffy dry, can you tell me what I could have done wrong?

@cook_7181711 one of the things you did wrong in my assessment is you followed the recipe you should follow your heart in how to create the recipe it's not always about following what's written down it's about following your heart at what tastes good to you I know this because I've lived all over the world practically including Panama South America and Guatemala and a few other places where I've seen these dishes up close and personal and I've also eaten them. So you have a good start you just need to add a little bit of tender loving care and follow your heart on the recipe
