Single Cream is probably better too use than Double Cream , but I did not have any Single Cream . If the Milkshake is a little too thick , then add a little bit more milk

Ice-cream is the usual ingredient in a Milkshake . A custard Ice-cream is more straight forward than a Italian Ice-cream that is not made from a custard ( sugary egg yolks mixed with milk ) . Just blitz some Custard Ice-cream with some plain Liquid Cream - scrape out the seeds of Vanilla Pod's and blend in for a proper Vanilla Milkshake
