Can you tell us which air fryer you use? I really like the basket and the rotisserie and the fact that you can bake bread in it.

Yes, I am learning to bake all over again. My electrical oven went only full on, full off or intermittent, my new airfryer has quarts elements that glow from soft to hot, it really cooks different! It is much more precise, will let you know about blisterimg sweet peppers.

@HobbyHorseman I bought my air fryer/grill/oven to cut down on heating the house up during these Texas unbelievably hot summer days and, in doing so, fell in love with it year around. They are so versatile!
