A basic fresh Salsa contains Red Onions , raw Red Tomatoes , Jalapeño Chillies , fresh raw Coriander and fresh Lime's for adding freshly squeezed Lime juice . For a fermentation version - I think leave out the raw fresh Coriander and substitute the Lime juice with White Vinegar and then preserve in jam jars with their Lids

Can buy Kimchi Online a nice little jar - it may , or may not - go well in a cold cooked Pork sandwich . As of 2024 have never had Kimchi before . The fermented Cabbage with other ingredients might be nice too eat

Have got quite a few likes for the Recipe , maybe if I preserved some finely shredded raw Cabbage in with a White Vinegar preserved Salsa . I might have created a Kimchi
