I used 8 oz of meatless sausage patties and a little chopped white onion and fresh ground garlic pepper. and 1 TBL of olive oil. Otherwise followed recipe. It awesome and way less calories

Yum! Sounds like a delicious substitution and additions! I like to add onion powder and garlic powder to mine once in a while. It really elevates the flavor. Glad you tried and enjoyed. I'll have to give the meatless sausage patties a try sometime. :)

Followed all steps as directed but as soon as I added the buttermilk it curdled. Why would this happen?
