I added some protein powder to these and substituted cashews for the coconut and raisins for the chocolate when I made these for my senior Mom. Really easy and quick to put together. Will try different combos in the future. Forgot to take a pic of them. Thanks for the recipe!

Hi Chris, tomorrow I will prepare this balls, I just put my nuts in water to activate them. I never made it but it looks that is better to neutralise some anti-nutrients and enzyme inhibitors, making them more digestible. I digest them perfectly but I want to try… 😊
