Wanting to make this, but confused about step 3. What "remaining vinegar" is added to the beef? Remaining from what? Do I drain excess from the cucumber that's pickling? TIA

I fixed it! Should’ve said add half of the vinegar. 5 tbsps and 5 tbsps. Hope that makes sense!

In step 2 it says add half the vinegar to veggies to pickle. So, it’s the remaining vinegar from that.
