Ruth please my wrapping is not nice. It's thick and it sticks to the pan. How did you make the wrapping

pour the flour in a bowl and add a pinch of salt then add little water to knead the dough little by little careful not to make it watery, when ur dough is ready, fetch a fist size dough and grease it with oil on the surface keep it aside. then fetch again to repeat procedure and place the second one on the first dough, make like four fist sizes applying oil on each surface, then using a rolling pin roll the dough to flatten it. put a nonstick pan on the fire n preheat it then put in the rolled dough into the pan to toast the dough for 1minute and remove it then immediately separate them so as not to allow stick to each other while they cool off. repeat process and cut the roasted flake into flour triangular shape and fill it with desired fillings either veggies or meat..same for samosa
