Have never made a Granita before . The Internet on Granita mentions the very basic method . Ice Cube's blitzed into like snow and then sweeten with White Sugar and then freeze in the Freezer straight away on a Baking Tray . Pass lemon juice through the completed Granita etc. and then you have a simple Dessert to eat
