same concept, just carbonated beer instead of carbonated water to help the bread rise.

oh yes ... I searched for some soda bread recipes and bookmarked...I'm going to give it a try I do however like the flavor that beer adds to the bread

I'm trying this with spelt flour and bread flour using Fireman's 4 beer.. I think it will be nice.

Spelt is an ancestor/relative of wheat that is 9,000 years old. It has a nutty taste and your body can easily absorb all its nutrients quickly.
