This was amazing. Thank you for the share. I felt that this was very close to Moroccan cuisine. So I added 1 lb ground lamb. Seasoned and browned. Used smoked paprika. And added just a touch of curry powder. Simply amazing with butter brushed garlic Naan bread and couscous. I just wish I had a tagine to cook this dish in traditional style. Anyhoo this came out amazing and I recommend giving this recipe a try. 🖒
