It did, and you must be reading my mind, I just sat down to write you and saw your question. I tried it for the first time tonite. I added a little white wine and lemon zest to the sauce and it turned out great. I must have ordered the wrong tray though, the one I got was square and not really big enough for the shrimp and fish, but luckily had ordered another and it was larger and deeper and worked very well. I really enjoyed it, thanks again

Hi, tried a few new additions, I added a thinly sliced white part of one scallion, a few capers (rinsed),about 1tbsp. Dry white wine, to sauce, and also tried a few grape tomatoes, sliced in half lengthwise to sauce. I thought it turned out pretty good.
