Please do not destroy national dish some feta cheese, brynza cheese is a unique cheese that not replace any feta or goat cheese, it is a completely different tastes. Even there is not even the cream.

Yes, I know I ate real bryndza in Slovakia. Its flavor is definitely not replaceable, but you should realize it's not available in other countries so this is only a suggestion for substituting.

Thanks for the suggestions! Unfortunately I live in Japan :( Not available. This recipe is from a Slovakian cookbook I got in Slovakia ;) Of course the bryndza it's the best! I really miss it!

Thanks Morella, I have the total time written as around 40 minutes on the recipe. It will take longer if you need to make more though (like double the recipe, etc). I hope that helps!
