Easily one of the worst written recipes I have ever read. No amounts for Adobo or garlic powder. Sazon con anchiote isn't even used. Ingredients out of order. Seriously, have you ever opened a cookbook in your life?

I don't pretend to be a professional and seasoning is to taste. I did it my way and if I forgot to put how many teaspoon of this and that then ask or do to your liking.there is no need to be Rude!!!!!!!! You dont like it then move on......is so sad that with everything going on in this world evan for recipes people are rude.
