I looooove these! I don't think you can get oblaten wafers in Japan which is used for the placing the very sticky on :( I'm wondering if there's something else we can use???

Actually, I didn't find oblaten wafers, so now planning to use thin round biscuits instead. Is it possible??

Oh good idea! As long as it's thin - it will be sweeter than oblaten (they don't have any flavor) but I bet it will work as a substitute! As long as the 'dough' doesn't stick to the pan!

Scraper card and oblaten wafers? Can I find these easily in US?
Felice
Felice @morinoko
The scraper card should be easy. It's just a flexible plastic card for scraping off dough etc, used in baking/pastries. I think most people just pile the cookie dough on the oblaten though, lol

Oblaten are harder... I think you can get them on the internet?? I actually can find them where I live either :( I'm going to try substitute a round cracker :/
