Joanne this recepie looks great. I am going to try it as soon as I buy some more orzo and Vermuthe. I'm going to follow you to see what else you have under your chef hat that I'll like. ;~}}

Thanks Jodoc! It is such a quick and easy recipe, I'm sure it will become a regular standby once you've tried it. Don't worry about the vermouth, dry white wine is fine, or nothing at all!
