Well I am German and we always have eaten it this way where I come from , I guess it is like everywhere else in he world, different regions create their own style . ☺

Sigrun @sigrun
I have Dutch family connections on my gramdmothers side, and although I have my German nationality, I have lived about as long in England now then in my Homeland. Where did you live in Germany☺?

Felice @morinoko
I'm half German and half American. My mother is from Stuttgart, which is where I lived for a while. Also spent some time near the Nordsee ;)

Sigrun @sigrun
I was born in Emmerich am Rhein near the Dutch border not farnfrom Arnheim, both my parents are German but as I said my grandmother was Dutch. Stuttgard is more in the South
