Cool! This is very similar to my recipe, but I usually use vinegar for the acid. At first I was a little reluctant to try whole wheat pancakes, but I'm never switching back to AP.

Looks like a delicious recipe can not wait to try. The 2 Tbsp cocont oil does this go in recipe or is it ingredient for fry pan coating?

its there mainly for health y fats. personally I just fry with it. but if you are gonna use olive oil to fry . then put in the batter.
