I visited India, my favorite meal was paneer. I've looked for 10 years for a recipe. My friends say milk vinegar and let it hang and dry. I never got instructions or measurements. THANK YOU!!

but do make sure that the milk is first boiled and rinsed after spoiling so that there is no vinegar taste
