I want to make this, but have a few questions before I get started. How do I cream the garlic cloves? In step 4 it says to add onions and peppers and to cook until bacon and peppers have carmalized...

Did you mean onion instead of bacon in step 4? Do I add some of the bacon while cooking or do I save all of the bacon for garnish? Sorry if these are silly questions.

Good catch. Yeah i meant onions, i fixed it. To cream garlic, first mince real fine. Then pile it together and press down with the broad side of chefs knife and slide to the left across cutting board

This looks so good! I can't wait to try it, I've put bacon w greens before but never shrooms fried w bacon. I wonder how bleu cheese would taste w it?
