Hi Vicky. I have food allergies and wanted to see how i could make these so i can eat them. I have celiac disease and allergies to corn, chicken, soy, peas and fructose intollerant. Any suggestions.

Try using golden syrup instead of corn syrup. I have a recipe for golden syrup posted if you can't find any where you are. The fructose level is 50% less than corn syrup. I'm not an expert on fructose

Hello, Vicky! :) Is there any way I could wing it without a candy thermometer, or do I absolutely need one for this recipe? These sound amazing! Yours look so very pretty wrapped in the paper!! :)

Thank you! You'd be better using one because they won't set right if they don't reach the right temperature. Mine was only 6 bucks
