really tasty simple recipe easy to make. i added herbs to the flour mix. rosemary, thyme and some oregano. i also deep fried some parsley as a garnish and squeezed a little lemon juice on the finished chicken and served with some buttermilk ranch. i also used buttermilk for the batter instead of regular milk.
