I have a question about size. If I have a 12 pound turkey should I cook it a little longer than the 5 hours?

can I use a 24 lb turkey, 2 Anova and a large cooking container that holds the 24 lb turkey and allows circulation? does any of the timing change?

We did a 14lb bird (that was not quite fully defrosted) for overnight for around 12 hours. with sous vide you cant really overcook it since you are cooking it at its final temperature.
